Yesterday afternoon I managed to install Ubuntu (Linux) onto my laptop as a secondary boot option. It was cool and I spent quite a while tweaking the new OS.
In the evening I went to a cell group in Faith Community Church. The group had about 10 people. My ex-BB senior was there too. We had some worship and ice-breakers.
Today I cycled to the shopping mall about 4.5km away to have lunch and see what stuff/groceries I need. It took me about 20mins to get there. I didn’t get anything in the end and just did window shopping. I realized I had a tyre puncture when I was on the way back. I inspected the rear wheel and found that the cause was a sharp thorn. Was a bit disappointed with myself. Tried riding the bicycle back but had to pump the wheel every 500meters. In the end I pushed the bike for the last 1km.

Today is the first day of school , but there weren’t any classes because they practice no classes except lectures during the first week. Tomorrow I’m having three lectures though; that’s five hours in total, and four hours straight.
Anyway, today I went (cycled) to school around 4pm for the computing welcome BBQ. They mass-cooked onions and sausages to make hotdogs for everyone. I only had a drink (they only serve carbonated drinks) and chatted awhile until people started to leave around 5pm.
Tennis was at 6pm, so I cycled around the place for an hour. Played tennis until really aching all over, and had a stomachache too from the can of gassy drink earlier.
Yesterday I joined my housemate’s church youth group in the evening to play badminton, followed by dinner at one of the member’s house. Most of them were very good at badminton (or maybe cos I haven’t played for at least 3yrs plus already).
Tomorrow’s gonna be a long day. Need to sleep early (now). Thanks for reading :)

Haha, I’m not sure if this is true or just a joke. Still, it’s rather funny and no offence to the atheists when you see this.
FLORIDA COURT SETS ATHEIST HOLY DAY
In Florida, an atheist created a case against the Upcoming Easter and Passover days. He hired an attorney to bring a discrimination case against Christians, Jews and observances of their holy days. The argument was that it was unfair that atheists had no such recognized days. The case was brought before a judge. After listening to the passionate presentation by the lawyer, the judge banged his gavel declaring,”Case dismissed!”
The lawyer immediately stood up objecting to the Ruling; “Your honor, how can you possibly dismiss this case? The Christians have Christmas, Easter and others. The Jews have Passover, Yom Kippur and Hanukkah, yet my client and all other atheists have no such holidays.”
The judge leaned forward in his chair saying, “But you do. Your client, counsel, is woefully ignorant.”
The lawyer said, “Your Honor, we are unaware of any special observance or holiday for atheists.”
The judge said, “The calendar says April 1st is April Fools Day. Psalm 14:1 states, ‘The fool says in his heart, there is no God.’ Thus, it is the opinion of this court, that if your client says there is no God, then he is a fool. Therefore, April 1st is his day. Court is adjourned.
You gotta love a Judge that knows his scripture!
Wow, at O-Day today, I managed to get a lot of free stuff and went for free food handouts. The stuff I got includes instant noodle packs, bottles drinks, pens, highlighters, notepads, files, discount coupons, which came in semi-cloth bags (I got 5 of those). I went around the place a few times, getting the freebies from the different booths, before stuffing them into my bag. I also signed up for student guild membership, tennis social sessions, and ComSSA.
