This are the steps required to bypass their newly implemented IP block on the new launcher for Asian players.
1) Go to www.usaip.eu/en/free_vpn.php, or click the download link below
2) Click on the download link for USAIP.pbk, or click here to download.
3) Run the program. It should open windows dial-up connection program.
4) Username & password is demo. Click connect.
5) Open LOL launcher. Do not start the program.
6) After it detect server online, run the USAIP.pbk again, and hang-up/disconnect
7) Run LOL, login and play
